"I'm a model, you know what I mean"

So I promised a fashion show, and here it is:

This first outfit is a lavendar camisole with a purple bolero sweater over. I wore this today. Sorry about the strange smile. I hadn't figured out that I could raise the camera with some props and stand straight, so I was kind of balancing strangely here.

This is the lovely new black lacy shirt, that I'm thrilled about. So far as I could tell this was the only one left in the shop - and it was in my size!

This outfit (pants, shirt, and red bolero sweater) is for the holiday party I'm going to on Saturday. Festive, but comfy.

Despite the color of my blog template, I am not given to wearing pink often. But I couldn't pass up this hoody!

Especially because this was on the back.

In other news, the band that I've been shouting about here on my blog, Flipsyde, have had their song Someday chosen as the NBC themesong for the 2006 Olympics. I'm thrilled for them.

It is finally getting cold here...there was even rain yesterday a.m. I think winter is setting in. Tomorrow, I'm braving the bridge traffic to go visit Executive Director in SF. I'll be wearing the hoody!

Great picture show! By the way, my friend doesn't think "Rocker Chick" quite fits, she says she prefers "Hoochie Mama." :) By the way I loved your hilarious and dead-on accurate account of Kito...

Hooray, Spin!

I like the hoodie! That will be particularly good if you come and join us in her majesty's prisons!

Also it's nice to have things that are bright and cheery to look at but warm and cozy to wear.

On one of the hottest days of summer, I bought a fleecy top because it was reduced to £10 in the shop. I felt a right idiot walking through the checkout on a sweltering sunny day with... a fleece. But I'm glad now, cos it's bloody freezing. :-)
