One of my co-workers has Celiac disease - I told her my friend had mentioned gluten free stuff. What she said was that taking gluten out of her diet made a world of difference in her life, "like night and day" - that her energy returned in particular, as well that she didn't feel sick virtually all the time. She was able to focus and concentrate again. She said it took a long time to get a doctor to take her sx seriously but once it was id'd as Celiac and she was able to do something about it, the clouds parted. As you know I'm not a medical provider of any kind, I just know that for her, going gluten free worked so well and if it is Celiac that is happening, maybe this change will help you as well, I sure hope it does!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
