I sorta ...Were there some elephant seals up there? I sorta remember that beach as being famous for them. It sounds like a magical experience. I love the phosphorescence. They are a marine creature and often attract runions or other similar small fishes. They are often refered to as "red tide." I'm not sure why since they are not red. Unless I am mixing up my small knowledge of the ocean.
