I am heading up to Alaska this weekend for my dear friend's wedding. It's going to be spectacular, and the plans had worked out just right for me to meet up with a couple of others who were flying on the same flights and rent a car and a hostel room together.
Well, it worked out really well, except that (I realized today) they are both flying up today and I am flying up tomorrow.
So now I am frantically trying to reach said people, one of whom doesn't have a cell phone, and let them know that I will be joining them (and yes paying for the extra days lodging and car because I'm such a freak) and could they please pick me up at the airport in the middle of tomorrow night.
ACK! Really, sometimes I amaze myself with my stupidity.
