I had lunch with S today. It was beautiful to be out in the midst of the blue skies and flowers and sun. Of course, I still want to rip my sinuses out of my head, but at least I'm filled with joy!
A note on my allergies...I got an appointment to an allergist for 2 weeks from now. However, the catch is that 7 days before I go to see him I have to stop taking all antihistamines. That absolutely sucks!
But still, I'm feeling lovely.

That sounds just plain silly. Are they going to test you on that day? If not there is no reason for you to stop and be miserable for ten days (7+3 days post restarting meds). Do you know how to do sinus rinses? It could help while you are medless.
Spins, if shots aren't the answer, Nasonex, a nasal steroid, works very well, but takes about three days to start working, maybe a prescription might help. One other note, Sedona was GORGEOUS, thanks for the comment. Great hiking too, I hope you get to go soon. All in all, not a bad place for my dad to convalescence.
Your post on happiness makes a lot of sense to me. It is scary, but you seem to be plowing ahead just fine!
