Sometimes it's difficult to breathe...

Last night, I walked to meet my friend, FriendITease, for dinner. It was three blocks and I was out of breath. This never happens to me, but has happened 2 or 3 times since I stopped my antihistamines. So when I got home, I took a puff on the inhaler that my MD had given me when I described shortness of breath and chest tightness after doing my stress test. It was amazing how that worked.

So, well, it looks like I have allergy aggravated asthma. Lovely. At least, I already have the inhaler.

Thank you all for the lovely suggestions. I will return to the pictures sometime this weekend to see if I can resize them, so they are not monstrous.

I've been tagged by Cody, so I'll hopefully get to that sometime this weekend as well.

Have a good Thursday!

Spins--not to practice medicine long distance, but a thought to ask your provider about the next time you are in (especially if you use the inhaler a lot), is about Singulair (a once a day pill that can work for both allergies and asthma). Happy Spring!!!

Thanks for the info...I'm going to see an allergist on Tuesday, so they might even suggest that.

Sorry to hear that. Having allergy asthma myself, I do not enjoy welcoming anyone to this club. :0( However, there are now so many good medication options, there is no need to suffer, but the meds are expensive and some are time consuming. Good luck and keep us posted.

PL - hopefully this won't last once I get to go back on antihistamines.
