Advertising mistake

So you know all the ads that come up on the "homepage" for various online e-mail sites? Well, I just saw the creepiest, least effective one ever.

It was an ad that asked: "Do you think you are paying too much for your mortgage?" It cited the recent decrease in interest rates by the fed, but then the visual...well, the visual was of a dancing skeleton. I get the dancing part. You would be happy to have a lower mortgage. But a skeleton? Does this indicate you will be paying your mortgage even in your grave? Ew. Some PR person screwed that one up big time!

P.S. This creeped me out even more than the skin care products that show a face being removed of it's wrinkles. That speaks volumes.
