Here's what I did on Monday. I got up, read my book, ate some breakfast. Then I read some more, put together soup in my slow cooker for dinner, made lunch. After lunch I read some more, then took a nap. I got up in time to read some more...I did do an intake for my therapy practice. Then I had dinner, watched some television and went to bed.
I didn't leave my house the entire day. It was absolutely glorious. It helped that there were wicked thunderstorms - something we don't get around here too often - so I got to listen to thunder, rain, wind and hail through most of it too.
I came back to work much happier and rested.
