I'm more than a little amused that yesterday's posting was not published, except for the title. Really, that's all I needed to say anyway about the state of my being.
Today is marginally better. I got paid. I'm going out to dinner with a friend. I have a fine novel waiting at home...and I might just have to splurge on a nice bottle of whiskey for a nightcap.
I think I even have enough discretionary funds to go on a shopping spree at Goodwill. Really, who could ask for anything more.
