Just an FYI...said date from last night got cancelled due to illness on dateboy's part. He tells me (and I have no reason not to believe him) that he went home ill from work. We have rescheduled for Friday before I hop a plane to Alaska.
I have to admit my enthusiasm wanes the longer I wait to see this guy again. It just starts to feel like wasted energy.

Internet dating absolutely has a best before date: the point where you've waited that little bit too long and it suddenly loses its importance. Don't sweat it. Plenty more where he came from!
