That's right, today is the anniversary of my first post on this blog. I thought about doing a big retrospective, but I just don't seem to have the energy or the time. So here's the Reader's Digest version: I was introduced to blogger through a friend's blog...I followed various links and found Ka's site. I had her bookmarked and followed her links to many of your sites. My first commenter was P'tit Loup. My first blogland commenter was Flash. This year has been crazy, and this blog has helped me immensely. I feel like the support that I get and the outlet it allows me has been invaluable.
That's it...
Now to a more pressing issue: Why do I have so much shit?! Even paring down, it's a lot. I'll probably have to do another pare-down once I move in.
Thanks to all those who joined me on the beach yesterday. It was a lot of fun!

Hi, spin, happy blog day.
Happy blogday! I was the first! I was the first! I was the first! (here goes the competitive side of me that I try to keep under control most of the time!) It was only 4 years ago or so that I realize how very competitive I am. I always thought the Kid got it from the Hubby. But no, that one's all mine!
