I wish

that I had something intelligent or more coherent to say, but the only thing on my mind is a desire to whine about my allergies. No, really. I've impressed more than a few people by my list of pills and sprays I use to try to cope. Well, last night it was worse and I took another antihistamine.

I thought, for a moment, about the fate of Anna Nicole Smith and her ODing on meds that slow down your respiration, etc. But I decided that since I couldn't really breathe anyway, it was worth the risk.

Not much more to say. I wonder what it's going to be like doing aerobics tonight?

Perhaps the aerobics could help clear you out a bit! You know, on Passover Seder last night, we ate bitter herbs, it was horseradish. My mom cuts them into little cube stubs that look like erasers and then we have to eat them plain. Have you thought of giving that a try, to really clear everything out? Just a thought. (I'm sure your meds are way more sophisticated)

I bet that would feel great on a stuffed nose hammer! Unfortunately the duration is rather short lived. (I have tried it with wasabi)
