So the article in the newspaper that really stood out today was of the thief who stole a backhoe then drove it to an ATM and tried to crack the ATM open. So not only does that set off all sorts of alarms, but someone - even at 4 a.m., mind you - called in to report a "suspicious vehicle" hanging about the ATM.
I wonder how one comes up with an idea such as this.
