I don't think hay is the cause, but I've definitely got a flare up of allergies. It's pretty miserable, and yet it makes me appreciate the fact that I don't have a more debilitating disease. I am one of those folks who has a hard time affording the medication that I get just for my allergies. Other medications would mean making a decision about what bills wouldn't be getting paid that month.
I guess I'll just continue to pray for good health while eating my 5 fruits and veggies each day (actually it's gone up, I think).
