Organic Express

I've started having organic produce delivered to my house every other week. It's $29 per delivery...and now after 2 deliveries, I have more potatoes than I will ever eat. Other than the potatoes, here's what I got: Apples, bananas, pears, grapefruit, mango, cherry tomatoes, red chard, mixed salad greens, and carrots. Heavy on the fruit this week. I'm trying to decide whether I want to get this every week...but I got 4 red potatoes (on top of the 5 I got last time that I haven't yet eaten...I'm slow with the potato consumption). Maybe I'll just tell them not to send anymore potatoes. I do love all the fruit.

Nothing more exciting happened today. I got home for the night before 9 p.m., so it feels early. I'm going to watch some CSI and unwind.

But first, here are the Fs:

Ella Fitzgerald, The Best of the Song Books, Ella Fitzgerald
Ella Fitzgerald, Love Songs, Ella Fitzgerald - I just love Ella!
Franz Ferdinand, Franz Ferdinand - They are a little kooky, but I like them.
We the People, Flipsyde - I think if you don't know how I feel about this Oakland band then you haven't been reading long enough. Not to everyone's taste, perhaps, but I think they rock!
One Time Bells, French Kicks - again, another one of those that I didn't send the little card back in time. I'm sensing a pattern.

I love all the ideas people are coming up with. So keep them coming.

Thanks dny, for the compliment.

Mystic - I don't know off the top of my head. I'll see if my parents know the next time I talk to them and get back to you.

How did you like CSI? I loved the way the same scene was seen differently by each csi squad member. And I couldn't help but think that the death of a MIL might be considered the best of wedding presents! Of course, I am not referring to my own. *G*
