Today has felt a bit surreal. I slept badly last night and so my hip hurts (I've been told it's bursitis, which makes me feel a bit ancient...my bursitis is acting up!).
I had a dream last night which just was too bizarre for me to even go into detail about here. But it involved sex in public and strange bathroom experiences. I think it means that I'm feeling a bit exposed these days...which is true in a few situations.
Then, today, a young patient of ours died. Now I'm trying to track down family, in order to let them know. It's just really painful.
I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Maybe it means that you are very open about sex.
Or maybe you just want to have sex in front of people.
