"Keep death upon your shoulder, it will remind you to love"

M called this morning to tell me that B's dad had died yesterday. B gets frustrated with her parents, as children are wont to do, but I remember her dad as a man who loved his family very much. I'm glad that she got to be there with him and that M (her spouse) was also there for her.

Last night, I sprung a fever. Actually, I may have been a little warm yesterday morning, but didn't really feel it until the afternoon. I can't tell what's the cause. I'm a bit congested, but not all out. And I'm not really ache-y, just tired. Blah! So, in between the appointments today, I'm doing a lot of nothing and drinking orange juice.

I got Foxy's CD in the mail on Wednesday. I've already given it a listen and it's definitely interesting. I loved the song she picked for my blog, and if I didn't find that sort of thing annoying, I'd figure out how to make it play whenever my blog page was viewed.

Okay, then, I just want to say, I'm officially sick of being sick...that illness in July was my quota at least until the flu season, surely. This must stop.
