Whatever I've had...don't catch it

I'm still tired, although my temperature was normal this morning. I'm feeling less tired than yesterday...although it's hard to tell really because when you are lying in bed for most of the day, generally you aren't going to feel too tired.

Still, the worst part of this illness has been the overwhelming fatigue. It's like my body went on boycott for a week and a half. It sucks, too, because it was really gorgeous out and I would have loved to go for walks or go swimming or something.

S and I talked briefly this morning. He suggested that I try the experiment of trying to change my energy state later today. It's a challenging thing this. I will try, but sometimes when I feel tired it's not really the body tiredness. This feels muscle and bone tired. But I will try it. Anything to give me more energy, eh?

Okay, then. I'm off to do some work which is hella behind.
